What we do
We offer psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, life transitions, and grief.
Therapeutic interventions are tailored to each client through an integrative approach that may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred Therapy, and culturally or spiritually sensitive adaptations.
Psychological assessments, such as personality testing, are also available, along with workshops for adolescents and adults in educational or corporate settings.
